Different properties... Same ads!

Surveys carried out by industry leaders (EG: REA Group and http://blogs.realestate.com.au/newsandviews/) concluded that property seekers were more likely to view or enquire about a property based upon the initial real estate advertisement.

If this is true, why do most ads placed on popular Australian real estate advertising websites (EG: Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au) all look the same?!?!

This was the notion that brought YouVu Property Advertising to light!

The intent of any form of advertising is to persuade potential customers to purchase one product over another. As such, most forms of advertising incorporate persuasive images with factual information.  That is most forms, excluding property...

Until YouVu's inception, when it comes to selling a property, advertising disciplines may be viewed as mediocre at best. In other words, unless your property has its own website, the ad looks pretty average.

Leader, Challenger and Follower, these strategies are based upon market dominance. Until YouVu, it would be reasonable to conclude that such supporting technologies were only available either through great expense or pioneering development.

Real estate agents as a whole are no longer exempt when it comes to promoting and differentiating one property over another. The inherent ability for the real estate industry to deliver content and detail that is not only informative but engaging is now available through YouVu.

Well Done YouVu! It's about time someone raised the bar with respect to property listings. As a real estate agent myself (in business as a Buyer's Agent); I scour property portals regularly. Most ads at best lack critical information and at worst do the property an injustice with their 3-5 basic snaps, cookie cutter verbage and generally uninpsiring description of the property. In my opinion the MOST important part of any successful marketing campaign is to drive traffic to the property.

Whilst everyone will agree it only takes one buyer, I think we would all equally agree that having 2 competing buyers will maximise a Sale Price.

As a Buyers Agent, it's certainly not my intention to create a competitive situation for myself whereby my clients pay a premium for a property. Having said that my time and my client's time is valuable and I would appreciate getting thorough and concise information prior to a property inspection. YouVu offers this! I emplore all Sales Agents to try it out, and measure your own results! You might be surprised! www.yourempire.com.au
